Week 2 :>

In the second week, our group spoke with Mr. Awlyn Tan regarding our possible concepts and how we could refine them further. When we were designing, he posed important questions to us, including

what might we do with the layout's directory? or how the user finds the solution when going through it. Is there a chance to mitigate the issue?

we were as well tasked to complete the IBM Design Thinking Course, which teaches us the design methodology that adopts a human centric approach to solving of problems. One common thing when doing the course, the most important part was putting users needs first.

Throughout the course, I learn the loop, which is a rapid iteration and consists of three process.

Observe: By fully immersing ourselves in the consumers' world, we can develop a solution that meets real-world needs and obtain a thorough grasp of the issues.

Reflect: Look the various ways in which people can respond to the the same scenario. We may develop a deeper comprehension of our users as a team by reflecting on our observations and combining and evaluating the data.

Make: Creating a low-fidelity, quick prototype that enables us to simulate the ideas without incurring significant expenses. When the idea is finished, it will be strong and efficient.

and voila! It gradually came to understand the idea and methodology that could be used for my current project over the course of a few hours.
